Simina Simion

Simina Simion currently serves as Chief People Officer at Regrow Ag, where the focus is on promoting resilient agriculture to address climate change. Previously, Simina held the same title at Embark Trucks, working on self-driving software solutions. A significant tenure at Tubular Labs involved various leadership roles, including Senior Vice President of People, contributing to the growth of a leading video measurement platform. Simina's experience also encompasses HR leadership positions at Perfect World Entertainment, Transiris, Quantcast, and the Romanian Ministry of Education. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Human Resources Management and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Babes-Bolyai University, further complemented by Executive Education at INDEG-ISCTE and the University of California, Berkeley.
