Bill McMoil serves as the Executive Director of the Regulatory Affairs Professionals Society (RAPS) since February 2017, leading the premier association for regulatory professionals in healthcare. In this CEO role, Bill drives initiatives that empower the regulatory community through professional development and critical news dissemination. Previously, Bill held various executive positions, including CFO and COO at Flight Fit N Fun LLC, and provided consultancy services as a CFO across multiple industries. Bill's extensive background includes significant roles at BSI, overseeing finance and compliance operations across the Americas, as well as leadership positions in finance at Sentori, StarBand, and OnePoint Communications. With a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from Furman University and an MBA in Finance from George Mason University, Bill combines robust financial expertise with strategic operational insight.
