Andy McCoy

Andy McCoy is an accomplished System Safety Analyst at Regulus Group, with a robust background in legal and regulatory analysis. Since March 2016, Andy has led discussions and drafted critical safety analysis documents while advocating for program safety and budget considerations. Previous experience includes serving as an Associate Analyst at StateScape, where legislation and regulations were reviewed for client relevance, and as a Legal Fellow at the FAA, focusing on researching case law and drafting legal documents. Andy's early roles involved research assistance on election law at the College of William and Mary and various legal internships at federal agencies, building a strong foundation in regulatory research and analysis. Andy holds a J.D./M.P.P. from William & Mary Law School, a Master's degree in Public Policy, and a Bachelor's degree in Political Science and Psychology from Knox College.
