Monte Spence, MHA, FACHE has extensive work experience in the healthcare industry. Monte served as the Chief Operating Officer at Rehabilitation Hospital of Indiana since 2011. Prior to that, they were the Administrative Director at INDIANA UNIVERSITY HEALTH ARNETT HOSPITAL from 2007 to 2011. From 2005 to 2007, they worked as the Director of Revenue Cycle at Indiana University Health. Monte also gained valuable experience as a Captain in the US Army's Medical Service Corps from 1988 to 2007.
