Jamie Fruits possesses extensive experience in merchandising strategy and retail operations, currently leading the development and delivery of Omni-channel product and assortment strategies for REI since 2022. Previous roles at T-Mobile from 2006 to 2021 included serving as Director of Visual Merchandising, where Jamie managed a team of over 35 members and directed a $100 million budget for merchandising operations across more than 8,000 retail locations. Additional leadership positions included Director of Store Design & Creative Operations and Sr. Manager of Merchandising Execution, demonstrating a strong track record in budget management, team leadership, and strategic innovation in retail environments. Jamie holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Marketing and Management from the University of Montana and has completed undergraduate studies in business, management, marketing, and related support services at the University of Washington.
