Patrick Glynn

Patrick Glynn is an experienced operations leader with a strong background in plant management and operations across multiple industries. Currently serving as Plant Manager at Reichhold since December 2015, Patrick previously held roles such as Operations Manager at Molycorp, Inc., where involvement included being an initial onsite leader for a significant expansion of a rare earth facility, and at Chevron, overseeing safety and production in a surface coal mine. Patrick's earlier experience includes serving as Vice-President General Manager at Chicago Carbon Company, managing various aspects of an operating business unit. Patrick Glynn holds an MBA in Operations Management from Lewis University and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute.
