Scott Weston

Scott Weston has extensive experience in maintenance management across various companies in the manufacturing sector. Currently serving as a Maintenance Manager at Reichhold since April 2023, Scott previously held the same title at Polynt Group from May 2021 to July 2023. Prior roles include Maintenance Manager positions at Firestone Building Products, Chemtrade, AkzoNobel, and Bemis Company, where responsibilities included managing maintenance operations for specialized facilities. Earlier in the career, Scott worked as a Reliability Engineer at Crystal and Global Knowledge Management. Scott holds a degree from the United States Military Academy at West Point, graduated between 1981 and 1985.
