Peter T. Mastroianni

Peter Mastroianni is a partner in Reichman Jorgensen’s New York office. He is a seasoned attorney with nearly 25 years of experience focusing on ESI, E-Discovery, electronic evidence, information governance, and knowledge management-related matters.

As Discovery Counsel, Peter administers the collection, review, and production of documents, utilizing both human and artificial intelligence to provide optimal results. His clients have included a host of industry leaders, including Arconic, Alcoa, Merial, Rambus, and Corning, among others. Outside of litigation, Peter develops effective information governance and compliance plans for organizations seeking to minimize risk and maximize efficiency.

Peter earned his J.D. from Hofstra University School of Law where he was a member of Hofstra Law Review and graduated with distinction. He spent his first summer working for the Honorable Dorothy Eisenburg in the Eastern District of New York. He is also a graduate of Swarthmore College, where he earned a degree in philosophy.
