Monica Schlichter

Monica Schlichter has a diverse work experience in the healthcare field. Monica started their career in 1996 as a Registered Imaging Professional at Reid Health, where they also served as a Clinical Instructor. In 2012, they became a Lead Radiologic Technologist and Medical Assistant at the same organization, managing various tasks such as orthopedic splints/orthotics, insurance pre-authorizations, and patient flow management. In August 2017, Monica was promoted to Director of Operations at Reid Health. Monica also worked at GE/OEC from 2001 to 2003 as a C-Arm Applications specialist.

Monica Schlichter obtained a Bachelor's degree in Radiologic Sciences from Midwestern State University in 2017. Prior to that, they attended the Reid Hospital School of Radiologic Technology in 1996, where they focused on Radiology. In 2024, they completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a specialization in Health/Health Care Administration/Management from Western Governors University. In 2016, they also attended the Clinical Instructor Academy.
