Mercedes Cruz serves as the Chief Operations & Creative Officer at Insuring Impact, Inc. since September 2020, contributing to a mission dedicated to insuring impact beyond traditional insurance. Additionally, since November 2017, Mercedes has held the position of Creative Director at Immerse Inc., a digital marketing agency specializing in ROI-driven solutions. Previous experience includes roles as a Police Explorer Adult Advisor with the Milpitas Police Department from October 2010 to October 2019, and as a Training Coordinator at Tesla from December 2013 to May 2016, where support was provided for the Daimler-Benz W242 project and Seat Assembly Department. Mercedes also served as Lead Activities Coordinator at Learning for Life from October 2012 to May 2013. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice/Law Enforcement Administration from California State University - East Bay, earned in 2013.
