Touré Claiborne is a Managing director at Reilly Partners where he is responsible for contributing towards their healthcare, private equity and media & sports practices.
Touré’s industries of expertise include sports management & marketing, media, advertising agencies, retail, insurance & financial as well as industrial services. Touré is especially skilled in contract negotiation, go-to-market planning, advertising, media, business & legal affairs and cross functional team leadership and has demonstrated success in thought leadership from concept development to execution and post analysis.
Mr. Claiborne is an experienced founder with a demonstrated history of working in the venture capital and private equity industries. Touré has strong entrepreneurial experience given twenty-five years of vast business experience, including strategy, operations, brand marketing, team building & development, market research, management & account management, partnership development and investing. The earlier years of his career were dedicated to management and marketing within large corporations and agencies – both sports marketing and advertising firms alike. He went on to become an executive at Allstate Insurance Company, the largest publicly traded property and casualty insurance company in the United States. In his last role at the leading insurer Touré served as COO for Allstate’s Affinity business unit focused on membership groups and corporations.
Mr. Claiborne is the Founder & Managing Partner of Kearney Park Investments, a family office advisory firm. Active in his local community, Mr. Claiborne serves on the board of directors for a large ($2B) healthcare concern – NorthShore University Health System.
Mr. Claiborne was named to the Black Enterprise Magazine Hot List in December of 2005 as one of the extraordinary professionals under the age of 40 who has transformed American business using innovative practices. In June of 2010 Touré was named to Diversity MBA Magazine’s list of Top 100 Under 50 Diverse Executives & Emerging Leaders list. In the February 2011 issue of Black Enterprise Magazine, he was recognized as one of the most influential individuals in the advertising & marketing industry.
Mr. Claiborne received his Bachelor of Science in Economics from The University of North Carolina, Chapel Hill, and earned his MBA from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management.
