Christine Box has worked in customer service roles since 2002. Christine began their career as the Director of Service and Business & Process Improvement at Caesars Entertainment Corporation. In 2016, they moved to TripAdvisor as the Global Director of Customer Care. In 2019, they joined Young's Market Company as the Customer Experience Manager. In 2020, they transitioned to The Hawthorne Gardening Company as the Customer Success Manager. Most recently, in 2022, they began working at Reimbursify as the Customer Care Manager.
Christine Box attended the University of Montana from 1993 to present, where they studied Culinary Arts/Chef Training.
