Dan Quan

Dan Quan began their work experience in 1996 at Reis, Inc. where they held various roles including Data Quality Analyst, Senior Manager, and Vice President. Dan worked at Reis, Inc. until 2019. In 2019, Dan joined Moody's Analytics CRE as a Director, and they continue to work there.

Dan Quan obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from New York University between 1992 and 1996. In addition, they have earned several certifications in various fields. In June 2023, they completed the certifications "ChatGPT & Its Practical Use Cases," "Fundamentals of AI & ML: Advanced Data Science Methods," and "Fundamentals of AI & ML: Foundational Data Science Methods" from Skillsoft. Dan also obtained the certifications "Excel PivotTable Quick Tips" and "Power BI Essential Training" from LinkedIn in May 2023.
