Ping Chao

Ping Chao has been working in the biopharmaceutical industry since 2012. In 2012, they began a postdoctoral fellowship at Academia Sinica. In 2014, they were a research fellow at CHO Pharma and Development Center for Biotechnology. Here, they worked on cell line development for high yield mAb production and grant writing. In 2018, they became a Manager at PPC, where they were responsible for PK/TK studies in pre-clinical and clinical studies. Currently, they are an Associate Director at Reistone Biopharma, where they are playing a key role in building and managing a discovery team of biologics in immunology. Ping also helps advance the research therapeutic strategy, assess and make go/no go decisions, and serves as a project leader on selected programs.

Ping Chao has an education history that includes a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology from The University of Manchester, which they obtained between 2006 and 2011. Ping also has a Master's degree in Biochemistry from National Chung Hsing University, which they obtained between 2000 and 2003. In addition, they have obtained several certifications from LinkedIn, including Coaching Skills for Leaders and Managers, Creating a High Performance Culture, Developing Business Acumen, Lean Foundations, Performance Review Foundations, and Transitioning from Technical Professional to Manager, all obtained in August 2019.
