Valentina Cappadonna

Valentina Cappadonna began their career in 2006 as a Data Entry employee at CM Consit. Valentina then worked as a Trainee in the Laboratory of Genetics at Università degli Studi Roma Tre from March to May 2009, where they gained experience in cell culture preparation and maintenance, as well as molecular biology and biochemical techniques. From November 2009 to June 2011, Valentina worked as a Master Thesis trainee at Università degli Studi Roma Tre, focusing on primer design, RT-PCR, PCR, mutagenesis, cloning, electropherogram interpretation, sequence analysis, SDS-PAGE, WB, chromatography, gel staining, and cell culture techniques.
