Eleonora Santoro

Eleonora Santoro has a diverse work experience in various roles. Eleonora has worked at Rekeep since 2017, where they held positions such as Head of Innovation & ESG and Head of Innovation. Their responsibilities included project management of technological innovation initiatives, scouting external funding opportunities, and supporting specific reporting requirements. Eleonora also worked as an Innovation Officer at Rekeep, focusing on Sales & Process Design and later in the Marketing & Innovation Department. Additionally, Eleonora has served as a Membro Comitato di Giuria for the IOTHINGS Awards by Innovability since 2021. Before joining Rekeep, they worked as a Consulente europrogettazione, providing consultancy services for participation in European funding calls. Eleonora also briefly collaborated with the Comune di Bologna as a Collaboratore esterno and served as a Junior Project Assistant in the SETTORE AMBIENTE ED ENERGIA, where they played a role in successfully securing funding for the project "ROCK" and contributed to the European Green Capital Award candidature process.

In 2008, Eleonora began their higher education at Alma Mater Studiorum – Università di Bologna, pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Studi internazionali, which they completed in 2012.

Following their undergraduate studies, Eleonora continued their education at Alma Mater Studiorum – Università di Bologna, where they obtained a Laurea Magistrale LM in Relazioni Internazionali with a focus on Scienze Internazionali e Diplomatiche in 2015.

In the same year, they also attended the ISPI Istituto per gli studi di politica internazionale (Milano) for a Summer School program, studying Le politiche dell'Unione Europea sui cambiamenti climatici.

In 2016, Eleonora participated in the Europrogettazione e Project Management program at the Management Academy Sida Group and then pursued another Europrogettazione giovani course at the Belgian-Italian Chamber of Commerce in Bruxelles.

Later in 2016, they obtained a certification in Corso di Formazione Generale per i Lavoratori secondo il D.Lgs. 81/2008 e l'accordo Stato Regioni del 21/12/2011 (4 ore) from Sida Group Srl.

In 2017, Eleonora acquired the title of Agente di Progetto after completing a program at the Belgian-Italian Chamber of Commerce in Bruxelles.

Eleonora furthered their knowledge in the field by enrolling in various business programs. In 2019, Eleonora attended the Project Management course at the Bologna Business School, followed by an Advanced Project Management program at the same institution in 2021.

Most recently, in 2022, they studied Innovation Management at the POLIMI Graduate School of Management.
