Bela Dienna has a diverse range of work experience in the field of public relations and marketing communications. Bela started their career as a Research Intern at PT KRA Indonesia in 2018, where they focused on media content monitoring and political analysis. Bela then moved on to become a Jr. PR Consultant at Dialogue Communications in 2019, where they developed and executed PR strategies, managed media relations, and coordinated with various agencies. In 2021, they joined CrediBook as a Public Relations and Partnership specialist, where they generated organic publications and managed corporate branding on LinkedIn. Their most recent position is as a Public Relations Lead at Reku, where they have been instrumental in increasing organic publication through various activities and partnerships.

Bela Dienna obtained a Bachelor's degree in International Relations from Universitas Pembangunan Nasional Veteran Jawa Timur, completing their education from 2015 to 2019.
