Alexis LALO has extensive experience in the hospitality and gastronomy sectors, currently serving as the Director Chefs, Gastronomy & Worldwide Events at Relais & Châteaux since March 2007, while also holding the position of International Director, Member Relations & Services with the same organization. Prior to this, Alexis LALO was the Director of Global Operations at Potel et Chabot from 1989 to 2006.
