Catalina Parker

Catalina Parker is a seasoned nonprofit professional with extensive experience in leadership and program management. As Co-Founder of Relatable Nonprofit since January 2022, Catalina empowers individuals with a passion for nonprofit consulting. Catalina also serves as an Executive Member of Dreamers & Doers®, enhancing visibility for women leaders and entrepreneurs, and as an Elite Business Coaching Member with Dan Martell, focusing on business growth in the SaaS industry. Previously, Catalina managed the $5M planned giving program at Compassion & Choices and directed community and environmental initiatives at the Colcom Foundation, overseeing substantial grants and technology improvements. Catalina also led digital communications at FAIR and has held multiple internships in government and research settings. Educationally, Catalina holds a Master of Science in Nonprofit Management from Columbia University and a Bachelor of Arts in International Studies from American University.
