Michael Nesheiwat

Michael Nesheiwat is an experienced legal professional specializing in intellectual property law, employment law, data privacy, insurance law, customs and trade, regulatory law, and contract law. Currently serving as General Counsel at Relatable (formerly What Do You Meme?) since July 2021, Michael provides strategic legal advice and manages the company’s licensing and distribution business, including contract negotiations. Prior experience includes serving as an Associate at Collen IP, where responsibilities encompassed coordinating trademark enforcement strategies, litigating various IP disputes, and negotiating settlements. Earlier, as an Associate at Gottlieb, Rackman & Reisman, P.C., Michael counseled clients in infringement actions and handled trademark applications before the USPTO. Michael earned a Juris Doctor from Fordham University School of Law and a Bachelor's degree in Biological Sciences from Cornell University.
