Meea Kang

Meea Kang has over 20 years of experience in the affordable housing industry. Meea currently serves as the Senior Vice President at Related California LLC, where they collaborate with senior leadership in business development, strategic planning, and creative financing mechanisms for affordable housing. Prior to this, Meea was the President and Co-Founder of Domus Development LLC, where they oversaw all business operations, including identifying development opportunities, negotiating with public and private entities, conceptualizing green features, and coordinating consultants and funding. Meea also worked as a Senior Project Manager at A.F. Evans Company and as a Project Manager at Housing Conservation and Development Corporation.

Meea Kang's education history begins in 1984 when they attended Cornell University and obtained a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in 1988. In 1992, they pursued Masters Studies in Architecture at UC San Diego for a year. From 1993 to 1995, Meea Kang studied at the University of California, Berkeley, where they earned a Masters of Architecture degree. In 1994, they also briefly attended the Yestermorrow Design Build School, although no degree or field of study is specified for this period.
