Mark Boraski

Mark Boraski has over 35 years of experience in facilities management, property development, and construction. Mark is currently the Vice President of Facilities and Engineering at Related Companies. Prior to that, they worked as an Independent Consultant/Contractor providing development, construction, and facility management services for commercial and residential properties. Mark also has extensive experience at Neiman Marcus Group, where they held various roles including VP of Property Development, Facilities, and Construction, VP of Property Management, and Manager of Facilities Engineering. Mark started their career at Bloomingdale's as a Facilities Manager, where they managed and maintained all physical property assets. Throughout their career, Mark has demonstrated strong leadership skills, successfully managing multiple renovation, remodel, and new construction projects, and overseeing large teams of professionals in the facilities management and engineering field.

Mark Boraski attended LeTourneau University from 1994 to 1996, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Business. Prior to that, from 1992 to 1994, they studied at Richland College and earned an Associate of Applied Science degree in Mechanical Engineering Technology. Additionally, they obtained certifications in Electrical/Electronics Maintenance and Repair Technology and Heating, Air Conditioning, Ventilation and Refrigeration Maintenance Technology/Technician (HVACR) from Montgomery County Community College.
