Michael Gilbane

Michael Gilbane has over 15 years of experience in the real estate acquisition, development, repositioning, and disposition process. Michael has worked as a Senior Vice President at Related Companies since 2006, where they are responsible for project underwriting, budgeting, financial analysis, and the oversight of cross-functional professional teams. Prior to that, they were a Project Engineer at TDX Construction Corporation, where they managed change control programs. Michael also has experience in the political field, serving as VP Operations for both the Presidential Inaugural Committee and Bush-Cheney '04. Currently, they hold the position of Vice President at energyRe. Additionally, they have gained engineering experience as a Summer Associate at Gilbane Building Company.

Michael Gilbane attended Deerfield Academy from 1997 to 2000. From 2000 to 2004, they pursued a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Civil Engineering at Princeton University.
