Aisha Quaintance

Aisha Quaintance has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Aisha is currently an Advisory Board Member at Data Leadership Collaborative, where they contribute to building data-driven organizations. Aisha has also served as the Chairman of the Executive Data Forum at Women In Data, promoting diversity and inclusion in the field.

Previously, Aisha was the Vice President of Strategic Development at RelationalAI, a next-generation database platform for AI-driven data applications. Aisha also held the position of Regional Director of Technology & Digital Transformation at Slalom, a modern consulting firm.

Aisha's early career includes founding and leading Fillmore Search Group as CEO, and working as a Regional Managing Director at Randstad US, Professionals. Aisha has also held leadership roles at Robert Half International as a Director in Financial Services and a Division Director.

Prior to that, Aisha served as a Regional Vice President at Nelson Companies, overseeing multiple branches and managing key accounts. Aisha began their career as the National Director of Operations at BGB, Inc, where they managed operations across multiple locations.

Through their various roles, Aisha has developed a strong background in management, business development, and leadership in both the technology and staffing industries.

Aisha Quaintance has a Bachelor's degree in Business Management from the University of Phoenix. Aisha also attended Oglethorpe University, where they studied Philosophy but did not obtain a degree. Additionally, Aisha has obtained several certifications, which include Amazon Web Services Cloud Practitioner from Amazon Web Services (AWS), Google Cloud Sales from Google Cloud Platform Certified, Positive Psychology Coach from Whole Being, Strategic Sales & Conceptual Sales Certified from Miller Heiman Group, 100 Hour Quantum Yoga from Quantum.Yoga, Advanced Certified Skydiver (1000+ jumps) from the U.S. Parachute Association (USPA), and EYT 200 Hour Power Yoga Teaching Certificate from Yoga Alliance.
