John Macintyre

John Macintyre has extensive work experience in the field of product management and program management. John currently works as the VP of Product at RelationalAI since August 2021. Prior to this, they worked at Microsoft for a total of 21 years. At Microsoft, their roles included Director of Product Management for Azure Analytics, where they led the Product Management and Customer Success teams for various analytics services. John also held product responsibility for Azure's Messaging and Cognitive Search services. John was also a member of the founding team for Microsoft's cloud database service, where they led Program Management for Azure Cosmos DB. Before joining Microsoft, they briefly worked as a Senior Manager Product Management at Amazon. In addition, they worked as a Technical Advisor to Satya Nadella and Bob Muglia, presidents of Microsoft's Server and Tools Business, and as a Group Program Manager for Live Mesh. Prior to that, they worked as a Lead Program Manager and Program Manager for various products in Microsoft's Windows Core Operating Systems Division and bCentral Online Services. John started their career as a Developer at MediaServ, Inc. Overall, John Macintyre has a strong background in product management, program management, and leadership roles.

From 1994 to 1999, John Macintyre attended the University of Waterloo, where they pursued a Bachelor of Applied Science degree in Engineering.
