Kush Patel's work experience begins in 2008 as a Space and Telecommunications intern at Futron, where they contributed to research projects and drafted analytical reports.
In 2009, Patel joined Honeywell Aerospace as a Systems Engineer/Simulations Engineer, where they built and stress-tested Front End Processors (FEPs) for various projects, coordinated network operations support, and traveled to NASA/DoD sites. Kush later became a Human Spaceflight Network Operations Manager/Systems Engineer/Communications Engineer at Honeywell, responsible for planning, monitoring, evaluating, and coordinating human spaceflight projects. Kush also supported Space Shuttle, International Space Station, and Russian Soyuz operations.
In 2011, Patel became the CEO of Relative Dynamics Inc., a company specializing in Astrodynamics, Optical & RF communications, Guidance Navigation and Control, and Mission Assurance Services. Kush leads a team experienced in various technologies and performs hardware and software design for commercial and government customers in the Aerospace & Defense Industry.
Kush Patel has a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Aerospace Engineering from the University of Maryland. Kush also possesses a Master of Science (MS) degree in Aerospace Engineering from the same university. Additionally, Kush Patel holds a Master of Science (MS) degree in Aerospace, Aeronautical and Astronautical/Space Engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT).
