Joshua Vanderband

Joshua VanderBand currently serves as the Manager of the Incident Management Team at Relativity, a position held since October 2019. Prior experience includes a range of roles at Walgreens from December 2012 to October 2019, where Joshua specialized in system monitoring, alert response, and major incident management, ultimately advancing to the position of IT Engineer I on the Critical Operations Team. Joshua's initial responsibilities involved providing second-level remote IT support and facilitating major incident bridge calls to coordinate restoration efforts. Joshua's career began at Apex Systems as a Tier 1 CSR/Break/fix support Consultant. Joshua holds a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, completed in 2011.
