People Operations Specialist at Relay

Danielle Baxter has a diverse work experience, beginning with their role as AMS Assembly Scribe at Alma Mater Society of Queen's University in 2016. In 2017, they took on the role of MEND Administrative Assistant at Youth Diversion, where they utilized organizational and planning skills to create and implement a restorative contest for grades JK to 12 in the Limestone DSB. Danielle also reinvented the Youth Diversion Pinterest page to attract a broader audience. In 2018, Danielle was the Program Coordinator at the Dunin-Deshpande Queen's Innovation Centre (DDQIC), where they were responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operation of Queen's Innovation Centre Summer Initiative (QICSI) program and acted as the first point of contact for the cohort participating in the program. In 2019, they took on multiple roles at Queen's University, Dunin-Deshpande Queen's Innovation Centre, Weller Pharmacy and Youth Diversion. In 2020, Danielle was the Sr. Specialist, Talent and Culture Operations, Talent Acquisition Coordinator and Customer Experience Specialist at Relay, the CEO & Co-Founder at BinoBooks, Content Developer at Gilly and Undergraduate Teaching Assistant at Queen's University.

Danielle Baxter attended Queen's University from 2015 to 2019, where they earned a Bachelor's Degree in Environmental Science. In 2018, they participated in the Inaugural International Innovation Term at Bader College, studying Business. In 2020 and 2021, Danielle completed a Fellowship Program with Venture for Canada. Additionally, Danielle obtained two certifications from Lynda.com in 2018, one in Bill George on Self Awareness, Authenticity, and Leadership, and the other in Fred Kofman on Managing Conflict.
