Eneida Padró

VP, National Leadership Programs at Relay Graduate School of Education

Dr. Eneida Padró serves schools and systems leaders as the Associate Dean of Regional Support at Relay GSE. In her role, she provides on-the-ground coaching and delivers professional development to school and systems leaders.

Eneida has worked in education for over seventeen years; serving communities in the Dallas-Fort Worth area and delivering professional development across the country and internationally. Prior to joining Relay, she was an Executive Director in Fort Worth ISD supervising a pyramid of schools K-12. In this role she coached and supported school principals in the development of equity literacy, instructional, culture and leadership systems. Previously a leadership development coach and program manager in the non-profit sector. As a school principal in Dallas ISD, Eneida and her team engaged in turnaround work with student progress ranking in the top 5.6% in the district and state.

Eneida received a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Puerto Rico, a Master’s degree, and a Ph.D. in Educational Leadership at the University of North Texas. She is an alumna of the Leverage Leadership Institute Fellowship. Eneida resides in Dallas, TX, and enjoys spending time with her daughter and husband.
