Jennifer Caruso

Jennifer Caruso is an experienced educator and leader currently serving as the Associate Partner of Regional Support for Leadership Programs at Relay Graduate School of Education since January 2023, and as Co-Chief Executive Officer at Leap Educational Consulting since October 2022. At Leap, Jennifer oversees support for over 50 district and charter schools across 20 states, focusing on math curriculum implementation and instructional capacity. Previous roles include Co-Senior Director at Accelerate, where Jennifer managed a team supporting 34 partner schools, and a decade at Achievement First with positions ranging from Assistant Principal to Dean of Students, where Jennifer improved student support systems and coaching practices. Jennifer's teaching career began in physical science and biology, with foundational experience in the NYC Department of Education as a Teach for America Corps Member.
