Prarna Desai

Prarna Desai has over 20 years of work experience. Prarna began their career in 1999 as a Staffing Consultant at Thomson Reuters, Thomson Financial. In 2000, they moved to Clarivate CompuMark as a Human Resources Business Partner, where they were a business partner to managers, directors, and vice presidents in the Technology, Product Management, and Marketing departments. In 2005, they became a Contract Recruiter at Middlesex Savings Bank. In 2016, they started their own business, Prarna Desai Yoga and Meditation, as a Yogipreneur. In 2019, they joined Vaco as an Associate Director and Senior Associate, where they exceeded hiring and sales goals in an unprecedented candidate market. Most recently, in 2021, they became a Senior Manager, Recruiting at Relay.

Prarna Desai obtained a Bachelor's Degree from Boston University in Psychology Major & Business Minor. In 2014, they attended Duke Integrative Medicine for Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction. Prarna is also a Registered Yoga Teacher RYT-200 certified by Yoga Alliance.
