Cheryl Marine has a diverse work experience in the field of human resources. Cheryl started their career as a Human Resources Generalist at TTX Company in 2004 and then worked as a Human Resources Manager at Pacific West Association of REALTORS® from 2006 to 2008. In 2009, they served as a Human Resources Administrator at Bunzl Distribution NA before transitioning to the role of Human Resources & Risk Manager at City of Hope, where they worked from 2009 to 2016. Since 2017, Cheryl has been with ReleasePoint, where they initially served as a Human Resources Manager before being promoted to the position of Director of People Operations. In their current role, they support executives and team leaders, oversees all HR activities across multiple states and countries, and provides consultation on various HR areas including recruitment, culture, performance management, and professional development.
Cheryl Marine earned their Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration, General from California State Polytechnic University-Pomona. Cheryl attended the university from 1995 to 2000. Later, from 2004 to 2006, Cheryl pursued a Master of Health Administration degree at the University of La Verne, specializing in Human Resources Management.
