Srinivas Appana has extensive work experience in the field of talent acquisition and human resources. Srinivas began their career in 2013 as a Human Resources Executive at Ramsons Corporate Services, where they partnered with clients to understand their recruitment needs and conducted research on market trends. From 2016 to 2018, Srinivas worked as a Human Resources Executive at BSG, where they managed the entire recruitment process, conducted salary negotiations, and handled employee onboarding and development. In 2019, they joined Rossum Computing Inc. as a Senior Executive in Human Resources, where they designed and implemented recruiting strategies, developed job descriptions, and managed recruitment materials. In 2021, Srinivas worked as a Senior Executive in Human Resources at ESN Technologies (India) Pvt Ltd., focusing on talent acquisition. Currently, they hold the position of Assistant Manager - Talent Acquisition at Relevance Lab. Srinivas Appana completed their Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) degree in Maths, Electronics & Computers from Aditya Degree College in 2010. Srinivas then pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a specialization in Human Resources Management and Services from Andhra University and Sri Y.N. College, from 2010 to 2012.
