Jacob Hodes

Jacob Hodes is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in software development for community health centers, serving as Co-founder and CEO of Relevant since June 2015. Jacob also plays an advisory role at Foothold Technology and previously led the development of Foothold Care Management. With a background as a healthcare technologist, Jacob has built data solutions for community health providers. In addition to technology, Jacob engages in occasional journalism, contributing stories to various notable publications. Jacob's education includes a BA in History from Swarthmore College and an MA in Journalism from the Craig Newmark Graduate School of Journalism at CUNY.
