Sujith Madhusoothanan

Sujith Madhusoothanan has a varied work experience spanning over 20 years. Sujith is currently working as the Vice President of Strategy at Relevantz since September 2021. Prior to this, Sujith worked for Cleareye.ai as the Vice President of Customer Success from May 2019 to August 2021. In this role, they led a Customer Engagement team and successfully customized product offerings for global banking and financial services accounts.

Before joining Cleareye.ai, Sujith worked at UST Global for almost 19 years, holding multiple roles of increasing responsibility. From November 2016 to May 2019, they served as a Partner/Senior Program Director. Prior to this, they held the positions of Program Director, Senior Program Manager, Program Manager, Technical Lead, and Systems Analyst. During this time, Sujith gained experience in various domains such as retail, travel, and insurance. Their responsibilities included system study, requirements engineering, data analysis, software development, application testing, software integration, and configuration management. Sujith was also involved in the organization's configuration management Center of Excellence and played a key role in achieving CMM Level 5 certification.

Sujith Madhusoothanan obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering from Mahatma Gandhi University from 1996 to 2000. Sujith also pursued a Post Graduate Diploma in International Business Operations from Indira Gandhi National Open University from 2001 to 2002. Additionally, they obtained a Certification in Computer Network & Internet Applications from the Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur in 1999-2000. Sujith has obtained several professional certifications, including CSM from Scrum Alliance in 2015, ITIL V3 Foundation from ITIL Certified in 2011, Business Systems Analyst from Inquestra Learning in 2009, PAHM from America's Health Insurance Plans (AHIP) in 2008, and PMP from Project Management Institute in 2005.
