Joao Vieira is an experienced engineering manager with a strong background in software development and architecture. Currently serving as an Engineering Manager at RELEX Solutions since October 2024, Joao has previously held significant roles including Engineering Manager and Senior at OLX, Senior Engineering Manager at Talkdesk, and Chief Technical Advisor at Ironing Hero. Joao's expertise spans various domains including banking, insurance, and healthcare, utilizing a diverse technology stack such as Golang, Node.js, and microservices on Hyperledger blockchain. In addition to hands-on development, Joao has led teams in adopting Agile methodologies and has been involved in key responsibilities such as system architecture, CI/CD practices, and mentoring within various organizations.
