Buck Younger is a seasoned engineering professional with extensive experience in naval architecture and marine engineering. Currently serving as a Senior Engineer at Reliability & Performance Technologies and President of Younger Maritime Strategies, Buck has a robust background, having held various leadership positions including Vice President Technology & Business Development, Vice President & Chief Technical Officer, and Vice President of Engineering at VT Halter Marine. Prior roles include Director of Engineering at Austal and Vice President of Engineering at Fountain Powerboats. Buck’s career demonstrates a commitment to advancing engineering practices in the marine industry, supported by an educational foundation with both MSE and BSE degrees in Naval Architecture & Marine Engineering from the University of Michigan.
