Paolo Morales

Paolo Morales is a seasoned professional in digital product development and facilities management with extensive experience in the U.S. Navy and defense sector. Currently serving as the Digital Product Development Manager and Instructional Facilitator at Reliability Solutions since May 2021, Paolo has successfully launched the first Saw Filer Apprenticeship Program, setting industry standards. Prior roles include significant positions at NAVWAR and as Facilities Manager at Navy Base Point Loma, where operations for multiple buildings and maintenance services were directed. With a strong engineering background, Paolo has led teams in critical roles on various naval vessels, including as Lead Propulsion Engineer and Chief Engineer. Recognition includes multiple distinctions as Sailor of the Year and Instructor of the Year at the Surface Warfare Officer School, demonstrating a commitment to training and mission readiness. Paolo holds a degree from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University.
