Beth Dowdell Holloran

Beth Dowdell Holloran has over 20 years of work experience. Beth is currently serving as the Sr. Director of Corporate Services at ReliabilityFirst Corporation since December 2021. Prior to that, they worked as the Sr. Director of Operations at American Endowment Foundation from September 2020 to December 2021.

Before joining American Endowment Foundation, Beth held various positions at Asurint. Beth served as the Vice President of Enterprise Products from January 2019 to March 2020, where they oversaw projects improving efficiency and led product development with full P&L responsibility. From October 2016 to January 2019, they worked as the Vice President of Operations, directing 160 employees across multiple teams and onboarding new clients. Earlier in their career at Asurint, they served as the Director of Operations from October 2012 to October 2016.

Beth started their career at The Plain Dealer, where they held multiple roles. Beth worked as the Renewals and Retention Manager from October 2004 to October 2012, leading account renewal and retention and overseeing staffing planning and forecasting. Prior to that, they served as the Renewals and Retention Supervisor and Customer Service Representative from October 2000 to November 2004.

Throughout their career, Beth has demonstrated strong leadership skills, successfully fostering collaboration and cooperation with stakeholders. Beth has also contributed to product development and effectively managed operations with P&L accountability.

Beth Dowdell Holloran earned their Bachelor's Degree in Business Management from Indiana Wesleyan University, which they attended from 2015 to 2016. In May 2019, they obtained the PMC Level I certification from Pragmatic Institute (Pragmatic Marketing + TDI).
