Kelsey Hayes

Kelsey Hayes currently serves as a Digital Mine Engineer at Reliable Controls Corporation, a position held since June 2022. Prior to this, Kelsey was the Manager of Aggie Innovation Space at New Mexico State University from May 2018 to June 2022, overseeing an interdisciplinary team, mentoring students in advanced technology, and providing resources to a wide community. Kelsey's experience also includes roles as a Graduate Teaching Assistant, where responsibilities involved developing labs and teaching, and as an Undergraduate Research Assistant focused on flow cytometry projects. Kelsey holds a Master of Business Administration degree obtained from New Mexico State University in July 2023, complemented by a Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering earned in 2021.
