Monica Barnes

Monica Barnes is an accomplished Business Development Manager and Program Manager at Reliable Controls Corporation since February 2016, collaborating with the Company President and Executive Team to drive strategic initiatives in Corporate Culture, Sustainable Development, Community & Education Outreach, and Employee Life Cycle. Previously, Monica served as Senior Executive Assistant to the President & CEO, overseeing marketing and business development while spearheading community outreach efforts. Prior to that, Monica was the Assistant General Manager at Equiwest Hospitality and worked as a Program Specialist at the Illinois House of Representatives, where responsibilities included managing media strategies and drafting key communications. Monica holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science with a focus on International Relations from Southern Illinois University, Carbondale.
