Sandra Jozwiak

Sandra Jozwiak has extensive experience in human resources and healthcare management. Currently serving as the Director of Human Resources at Reliable Medical Supply since August 2013, Sandra is responsible for full-cycle recruiting and onboarding processes and fulfills the role of EEO coordinator. Previously, Sandra was the Manager of the Business Office and Human Resources at North Memorial Ambulatory Surgery Center, where responsibilities included establishing Medical Records and Surgery Scheduling Departments. As Clinic Manager at Consultative Eye Care, Sandra managed daily operations and facilitated staff recruitment and training. Earlier career experience includes providing medical and surgical nursing at St. Cloud OB/GYN, where contributions involved traveling to Guatemala for surgical services and managing surgical scheduling. Sandra’s education includes training at Bravura Technology Training Center and a diploma in Family Practice Nursing from St. Cloud Technical College.
