Chad Hale

Chad Hale is currently serving as the Chief Operating Officer and Co-Founder at Reliable Renewables since February 2023. Prior to this, Chad worked as a Site Manager at Directional Services, Inc. and as a Construction Manager at Louth Callan Renewables. With a background as a Project Manager at Interconnection Systems, Inc., Chad has experience in planning, organizing, and directing various projects to ensure they are completed on time, on budget, and within scope. Chad holds a degree in Blue prints from Three Rivers Community College and a High School Diploma from Heartland Christian Academy.
