Richard Vollmer

Richard Vollmer has extensive experience in the tire industry, currently serving as the Director of Branch Operations and Purchasing Coordinator at Reliable Tire Company since May 2005. In the role of Director of Branch Operations, Richard oversees daily operations across six branch locations, assists in annual planning and budgeting with branch managers, and develops training materials and progress tracking tools. Richard also plays a key role in recruitment and training of management staff. Previously, Richard held the position of President & COO at Crown Tire Co from 1986 to October 1999, where responsibilities included overseeing sales, marketing, purchasing, and financial functions for a $20 million organization, showcasing proven negotiation skills. Richard's educational background includes studies at the Maryland Institute and attendance at Dundalk High School.
