Phil Freeman

Phil Freeman is currently the President and Chief Executive Officer at Reliance Bank and has held various executive positions in finance and operations throughout their career. Phil served as the President at Home Nursing Agency and as the Chief Financial Officer at Link Computer Corporation. Prior to that, Phil worked as the Vice President of Human Resources at Sheetz. Phil started their career as a Senior Auditor at Coopers and Lybrand after graduating with a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Saint Vincent College.
