Rami Batani

Rami Batani has a rich and diverse work experience in supply chain management. Rami started their career at SDV International Logistics as an Operations Manager, overseeing the sea and air freight of export and import traffic. Rami then moved on to Mantrac Egypt, where they served as a Logistics Manager, responsible for managing logistics operations and setting supply chain contracts.

Batani then joined The HEINEKEN Company as a Distribution Manager, where they were in charge of the distribution process to multiple points of sale. Rami then worked at Fromageries Bel as a Supply Chain Manager, leading a team and managing materials planning, production planning, import/export, warehousing, and database management.

Rami'snext role was as a Supply Chain Director at GlaxoSmithKline, where they directed supply chain activities for two sites and was responsible for MRP, MPS, inventory management, and warehousing. Rami later joined Sinai White Portland Cement Company as the Head of Supply Chain, managing the complete supply chain cycle and ensuring the achievement of supply chain objectives.

As a Partner and Managing Director at Innovia Investments, Batani formulated the company's vision and mission and implemented strategic plans for export activities. Rami'smost recent role was as the Head of Supply Chain at Reliance Group - Egypt, where they served as the Head of Supply Chain.

Throughout their career, Batani has consistently demonstrated expertise in supply chain optimization, process improvement, and strategic planning. Rami has successfully implemented new supply chain models, developed procedures and strategies, and achieved significant positive results.

In 1990, Rami Batani attended Ain Shams University where they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Accounting. They completed the program in 1994.

In 1998-1999, Rami Batani pursued a Diploma in Business Administration at The American University in Cairo.

From 2006 to 2008, Rami Batani attended The American University in Cairo again and obtained a Diploma in Executive Management.

In 2009-2010, Rami Batani completed the CSCP Certified Supply Chain Professional course at IISCM-Institute for Integrated Supply Chain Management | APICS | CSCP|CLTD|ASCM Certification course, specializing in Supply Chain.

In 2012, Rami Batani attended The American University in Cairo and earned Lean Six Sigma - White belt certification. However, the field of study for this certification is not specified.
