Manoj Yadav

Manoj Yadav has a diverse work experience spanning over a decade. Manoj currently holds the position of Deputy Vice President- Digital Alliances & Web Aggregators at Reliance General Insurance. Prior to this, they served as the Segment Head- Digital Alliances & Web Aggregators and Associate Segment Head- Digital Alliances at the same company.

Before joining Reliance General Insurance, Manoj worked at Quikr as a Senior Manager-Allied Business, where they were responsible for setting up processes and building allied products for used cars and bikes. Manoj also played a crucial role in building a team for vehicle certification and inspection.

Manoj's previous experience includes working at Assurant as a Senior Manager of Business Development, where they managed key accounts and headed retail sales of extended warranties through OEM dealer networks. Manoj also held the position of Manager - Business Development at AXA Partners and Mahindra First Choice Services Ltd.

At Mahindra First Choice Services Ltd., Manoj was responsible for customer acquisition, implementing various campaigns for customer retention, and developing service products and offers to enhance customer satisfaction. Additionally, they worked at Carnation Auto India Pvt. Ltd. as an Assistant Manager, acquiring customers and conducting sales force trainings.

During the early stages of their career, Manoj worked at Rector Electricals Pvt. Ltd. as a Business Development professional dealing with auto accessories.
