Leila abu

Leila Abu serves as the Senior Vice President of People Operations at Reliance Health since February 2024 and as the Chief Executive Officer at The Amprsand since July 2021. Previously, Leila held significant roles as Head of People for Africa and Nigeria at KingMakers and Paga Group Ltd, respectively, focusing on HR strategy in multiple African markets. Leila's earlier experience includes leadership positions in human resources at OPSL Human Resources and Ocean & Oil Holdings, beginning with roles as an Associate and HR and Legal Analyst. Leila holds a Law degree from the University of Birmingham and a Bachelor's degree in Criminology from The University of Manchester, along with completing the Leadership Xcelerator Program at The African Leadership University in 2020.
