James Hillegas

James Hillegas is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in manufacturing, prefabrication, and construction technology. Currently serving as the Director of Manufacturing at BIMTECH Offsite Prefab Solutions and the VDC/Prefabrication Manager at Reliance Interiors, Inc., James has a strong background in developing internal processes and engineering with cold form steel. Previous roles include co-hosting a podcast at JBKnowledge, Inc. and working as a BIM Engineer and Prefabrication Manager at various companies. James holds a Master’s Degree in Structural Engineering and a Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering from The University of Akron. A dedicated leader and innovator, James has contributed to numerous significant projects throughout a diverse career.
