Anirudh Rathore

Anirudh Rathore is an experienced professional in the field of training and development within the insurance industry, currently serving as the AVP Sales Training & Content at Reliance Nippon Life Insurance since August 2022. Previously, Anirudh held the position of Cluster Training Manager at Tata AIA Life Insurance from June 2017 to September 2022, where responsibilities included leading a team of training managers and managing stakeholder relationships while conducting training needs assessments. Anirudh also contributed to training initiatives at Max Life Insurance Company Limited as a Training Manager from December 2014 to June 2017 and served as Deputy Manager Training at HDFC Life from December 2012 to December 2014. Anirudh began a career at ING Life as a Sr. Territory Manager from 2010 to 2012, managing relationships with ING Bank. Anirudh holds an MBA in Marketing from the Institute of Productivity and Management, obtained between 2003 and 2005.
